This is hard to encapsulate. But I guess it's a mixture of:

• Small and personal - absolute, individual accountability
• Knowledgeable and professional
• Principals do the work
• A powerful and informed network across the industry
• Being passionate about what we do.

We think that this enables us to provide a service that is not only different from the major companies but in many circumstances better. Remember, work is done by individuals, by people and not by the corporation, the firm or the brand. Smaller can indeed be beautiful and profitable!
